What cities or areas do you service?

Mother’s Catering Company is based in Ocean City, Maryland. We provide catering, event services, and concessions on Maryland’s eastern shore, Delaware, and west to the Baltimore, D.C., and Annapolis areas…and everywhere in between! We do cater outside these regions, so let us know where your event is being held and we can tell you if it's an area we can service.

WHAT CITIES OR AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Our service is 4 hours. Hours of food service vary depending on the menu & event. Your catering manager will discuss with you the service hours of your specific event during your consultation.
 

There is no kitchen where my event is being held. Are you still able to provide catering?

Yes we can! In addition to what we can prepare at our kitchen, we also have a mobile kitchen which allows us to cook some of your food right on-site.
 

I don’t see my favorite foods on your site. Can I customize my menu?

Yes you can! We will work with you to create the catering menu that suits you best. You can mix dishes from different menu packages, find your favorite Pinterest presentations, choose action stations, select hors d'oeuvres only, or whatever you are dreaming for your event! We have the experience and skills to exceed your expectations. We can also customize your package by adding bar services, event space, rentals, and even entertainment & activities.
 

Do you require a deposit to hold my date?

A deposit of 25% of the Total Estimated Amount is needed to confirm the booking of this event. Deposit refunds on cancellations are handled as follows –
Notice over 30 days prior to event:                   full refund of deposit
Notice 10 to 29 days prior to event:                  75% refund of deposit
Notice less than 10 days prior to event:             no refund of deposit

Final Payment:

Clients will be responsible for the balance due on the day of the event. The invoice amount is due upon receipt.

Do You offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free items?

Yes we do! Your chef and catering manager will be able to identify the vegetarian- & vegan-friendly menu items we offer.
 

What does your staff wear while working events?

Our servers, bartenders & captains wear black pants, black, long sleeve, button-down collared shirts, a black belt & black non-slip shoes. Our Chefs & culinary staff wear black chef jackets. The jackets may be long or short sleeve.
